Alex Mealer does not live in Congressional District 9; she isn’t registered to vote here…

And the D.C. insiders funding her campaign are perfectly fine with that.

They didn’t require roots in the community. They didn’t require residency. And they didn’t require accountability to the people who actually live and vote in CD 9. Those things simply weren’t part of the deal. They simply need a vote they can control.

Mealer didn’t grow up here. She didn’t build a life here. And she hasn’t earned the trust of local voters. Her campaign is powered by Washington establishment money that treats this seat as a transaction, not a responsibility.
